• Appellation : AOP Malepère rosé
• Preservation : 1 to 2 years
• Degrees : 12,5%
• Grape varieties : Cabernet Franc 70%, Grenache Noir 20%, Syrah, 10%
• Terroir : sandy limestone, clay, sand, pebbles. Conglomerates and sandstones give light, well drained soils
• Plot selection : vines are more than 20 years old
• Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes harvested in the cool of dawn, nicked just after the harvest. Thanks to the thermo- regulated tanks which maintained cold in, the harvested juice retain all its aromas
• Aging process : 5 month in wine vat
• Tasting: Bright pink and fruity with a light dress petal colour pink and lightly salmon
• Wine pairing : to drink chilled as an aperitif and with an exotic or Provencal friendly food
