The Malepere’s Thursday 2019 : Summer festival, a Wine tasting by night
Welcome to The Malepère festival
Save the date: for this ampelographic trip, a summer evening, the feet in the vineyards on all the terroirs of Malepere Area , in two cellars every Thursday in July and August. See schedule and dates below.
For us , appointment the 8th of August , with the following program at Château Les Cèdres De Robert’s; tasting offered + Music with Eric in Solo + possibility of dinner on site (paiying) provided by the GAEC of CODEMIQUE. All will come from producers within 30 km in the neighborhood: Salad of tomatoes onions and balsamic cream, Half melon with ham, Plate for 3/4 persons with foie gras + sausage + black pudding, + rillettes, Meat Plancha/Teppanyaki (magret ,sausage breast), Vegetable Plancha/Teppanyaki as an accompaniment or fresh fries with duck fat, Cheeses from home, Fruit salad on a cottage cheese or chantilly strawberry salad.
