Appellation : AOP Malepère red.
Grape varieties : 60 % Merlot, 40 % cabernet
Plot selection : vines are more than 20 years old.
Vinification : temming and traditional vinification with punching by hand for the best extraction of fine tannins, matured on fine lees.
Aging process : 8 month in wine vat .
Tasting :Deep purple color. The nose is characterized by aromas of red fruits; in the mouth it reveals notes of violet, wild mint and licorice. A powerfull wine, fleshy and fruity.
Wine pairing : aerate a wine / uncorked the bottle ,with game , wirh cassoulet from Castelnaudary.
IGP OC, Red wine

Grape varieties : 60 % Syrah 20 % Merlot, 20 % cabernet
Plot selection : vines are more than 20 years old.
Vinification : The traditional vinification is punching down the cap (pigeage) by hand for the best extraction of fine tannins. Harvest and vinification are managed according plot of land before blending. The wine is matured on fine lees.
Aging process : 8 month in wine vat
Tasting: A bright red dress. The nose exhales fruity and floral scents ; The mouth is composed by a spice bouquet . A balanced wine, fleshy and fruity.
